  1. No minimum order; however there is a minimum $10.00 shipping & handling charge for any order.
  2. MINIMUM SHIPPING $10.
  3. Shipping via UPS or Parcel Post
  4. Wisconsin Orders will be charged 5.5% sales unless accompanied by Wisconsin Resale Certifcate.
  5. 18% Shipping for all orders shipped to Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan and Illinois.
  6. 23% Shipping for all orders to all other states. (Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, California, or Hawaii.)
