  2. MINIMUM SHIPPING $10.
  3. Shipping via UPS or Parcel Post
  4. Wisconsin Orders will be charged 5.5% sales unless accompanied by Wisconsin Resale Certifcate.
  5. 17% Shipping for all orders shipped to Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan and Illinois.
  6. 22% Shipping for all orders to all other states.
